| Shipping/Handling Policy |
Carella’s Chocolates will process and complete your order in a timely fashion. We ship UPS to the 48 Continental United States. Our shipments take one to three days to get from our shop to your destination. We do not ship candies on Fridays since there is the chance that your order will sit in a warehouse over the weekend . There are no Monday deliveries for candies. Product other than perishable candies will ship Monday through Friday.
UPS Next Day Air Shipping is available upon request. Customers requiring this shipping method should place their order by calling us at (609) 586-5136. Please do not place your order using our online checkout at this shipping option will not be available.

| Order Processing |
| We process your order as soon as we receive it unless it is an item that does not ship until a specified date. Orders will leave our location by 4pm the date your order is received. This day does not count as a shipping day. We ship all orders UPS. Normal business days for UPS are Monday thru Friday. We will not ship candy on a Friday, candy orders will be processed Monday thru Thursday.

| Gift Messages |
| If any of the items you choose will be sent as a gift you may choose the gift message option and fill in the gift message form. We will enclose your message with your gift. Giftwrapping is free and will differ according to the recipient or the season. Please be assured that the packaging of your gift is important to us and the presentation will be carefully crafted.
