| Named for our "Brown Dog" Becky, a Chocolate Labrador who shared in our children's lives as they grew up and a faithful companion to Mom. The Brown Dog is located within the Carella's Hallmark and Carella's Chocolate Shop. It is our newest addition and we offer over 30 flavors of "Thomas Sweet Ice Cream". Thomas Sweet originated on Nassau Street in Princeton New Jersey. They have been making their own recipe of Ice Cream for over 25 years. We now offer homemade ice cream, soft serve and yougurts
made here at The Brown Dog. Our shop is open all year round with extended hours beginning after Mother's Day until September 15th. We offer milk shakes, sundaes, mix-ins, cones, cups, etc. Ice Cream Cakes are available all year round. Check out the Ice Cream Cake section on this website for flavors and toppings for ice cream cakes. Special orders please allow at least 24 hours. Call to order 609-586-5136. Also available all year round are Chocolate Covered Strawberries. Must allow 1 hour notice for Strawberry orders. |

| No, the Ice Cream is not for Dogs, the Shop is just named after a very special "Brown Dog" of mine. She has since passed away and we now have this Yellow Labrador named "Auggie" and she just happened to get in the picture eating Vanilla Peanut Butter Ice Cream. |
